Shipping & Return Policies
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order ships from our warehouse. To ensure fast processing of your order, please make sure that your credit card details are correctly entered before submitting your order. Shipping charges and applicable sales tax will be calculated prior to shipping.
Any damaged/defect claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. LittleIndia only accepts returns due to manufacturer defect, not customer abuse. Claims (or Refunds) will be processed upon receipt and inspection of goods. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred.
What You Should Know About Returns?
Your original form of payment will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges or return shipping charges. Your credit will appear after LittleIndia has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Credit card transactions will be posted promptly to the customer’s account, according to the terms and conditions specified by the individual credit card company. Credit card processing time will vary from one to two billing cycles.
Shipping & Handling
LittleIndia offers UPS Ground and Fedex. Unless otherwise specified in the Special Instructions, UPS Ground will be used. Shipping charges are in addition to order value.
